Envisioned as a series of eco-pods and glamping tents, the Bellevue Eco-Resort is positioned as the only glamping resort in NL. Fundamental Inc. developed two sizes of eco-pods and one glamping tent layout and construction. The resort also included a main community building which was intended to be retrofitted with energy efficiency measures. Energy on site was designed to be provided by a series of solar PV installations connected to the NF Power Net Metering program.
