Out of hundreds of applicants across the country, the Town has been awarded over $3.3 million from Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) to facilitate the creation of an ideal environment for affordable and sustainable housing development. We are so grateful to have the opportunity to continue to work with the Town and address their urgent housing needs with innovative and thoughtful approaches.
